Robert is dual qualified to act as a solicitor in Scotland and in England and Wales and is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in employment law. Robert has personally conducted a high volume of cases in all of the major Tribunal Centres throughout Scotland and England involving complaints relating to unfair dismissal, breach of contract, sex, race and disability discrimination, victimisation, unlawful deductions from wages, TUPE and redundancy. He has also been involved in several appeals to the EAT.
