However, the form of public private partnership will vary depending on project specifics and desired outcomes. Our team have extensive experience advising on the successful delivery of major projects and managing the commercial interface between the public and private sectors.
The principles of PFI have been developed to create new models such as the local investment finance trust (“LIFT”), Building Schools for the Future (“BSF”) and not for profit delivery vehicles (NPs). These new models together with strategic joint ventures and traditional PFI are used to deliver modern infrastructure investment. The team is fully conversant with all aspects of PFI, LIFT, BSF, NPs, strategic joint ventures and regeneration projects.
